These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bdrumme platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bdrumme ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and use bdrumme, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bdrumme, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

bdrumme conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document to confirm your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
If bdrumme discovers at any time that a player registered or used the platform while under the age of 18, or while otherwise ineligible, the platform reserves the right to void all wagers placed during that period, forfeit any winnings generated, and return deposits to the original payment source after deducting the value of any games played. bdrumme will report underage gambling incidents to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
3. Account Registration and Security

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any of your details change — including your email address, phone number, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly.
3.1 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 3.2 Accurate Information
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point — including during KYC verification — is a material breach of this Agreement. bdrumme reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have been registered using inaccurate information, and to void all associated wagers and winnings.
3.3 KYC Verification
bdrumme is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires you to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification. You may also be asked to provide proof of your registered payment method (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming ownership). KYC is a one-time process for most players. Verified accounts experience no further delays on standard withdrawal requests.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.4 Currency and Fees
bdrumme does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — for example, bKash or your bank — may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bdrumme's control. All game stakes and winnings are displayed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdrumme does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; if a foreign currency transaction is initiated, it will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.
5. Bonus and Promotional Terms

5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.4 Bonus Abuse
bdrumme reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinated wagering between linked accounts to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or any other conduct that bdrumme determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute abuse of the promotions system.
5.5 Promotional Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated, all promotions on bdrumme are available to registered players in Bangladesh who are at least 18 years of age and whose accounts are in good standing. 6. Game Rules and Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention
bdrumme maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, cheating, and any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on bdrumme under any name, email address, or identity
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate account activity
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to generate winnings that would not arise under normal game conditions
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits
- Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
- Providing false personal information during registration or KYC processes
- Engaging in any form of money laundering using the bdrumme platform
- Attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure
bdrumme employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited behaviour. Where suspicious activity is detected, bdrumme may place a temporary hold on your account and associated withdrawals while an investigation is completed. During any investigation, bdrumme is not obligated to disclose the specific nature of its concerns to the account holder.
In all cases involving fraud or money laundering, bdrumme reserves the right to report the matter to law enforcement agencies and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation. Account balances held at the time of account closure due to fraud will be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation or legal process.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
You may close your bdrumme account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, bdrumme will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests before finalising account closure. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC or fraud checks.
8.1 Platform-Initiated Closure
bdrumme reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions, detection of prohibited conduct or fraud, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, or receipt of a court order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.
8.2 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdrumme will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. A monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 may be deducted from inactive account balances after the 12-month threshold. If the account balance reaches zero due to maintenance fees, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting customer support, subject to completion of any required re-verification.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from bdrumme for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period directly from their account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be reopened at the player's request until the chosen period has fully elapsed. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. 8.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdrumme's liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim. bdrumme is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
